  18. I am posting this for a friend.  You may respond

  24. My friend is using KERMIT to automatically dial
  25. into a couple of different sites and retrieve
  26. specific files.  For some reason, he is unable
  27. to completely disconnect from the first site
  28. before dialing into the second site.  The only
  29. way he has been able to get this to work is to
  30. cycle the power on the modem before logging 
  31. into each site.

  33. Does anyone know how he can tell KERMIT to hang
  34. up the modem??
